Start with the need and intended application
A focused workshop may be appropriate for a specific skill. A leadership transition may require a sequenced academy. A service breakdown may call for standards, procedures, employee development, supervisor reinforcement, and follow-up. ELS designs the engagement around the work and the conditions that need attention.

Organizational solutions beyond the classroom
Policy, Standards & Practice Alignment connects written expectations with usable procedures, clear responsibilities, decision roles, and training. The Service Experience Initiative connects standards, development, and reinforcement across departments. Leadership Assessment & Selection Solutions supports interview design, panel calibration, evidence standards, and leadership-readiness processes. Leadership Risk Review & Advisory examines organizational exposure through the seven-pillar framework.
Signature experiences
The Alignment Lab™ is a facilitated strategic retreat for senior or cross-functional teams that need shared priorities, explicit ownership, and coordinated action. Mission Possible: Voice & Value™ is a multi-session cohort for emerging and mid-level leaders developing their voice, contribution, credibility, and organizational impact.
Integrate the organization’s real expectations
With client authorization, policies, procedures, codes of conduct, service standards, strategic priorities, and representative situations can become part of how participants practice. The work is coordinated with appropriate internal representatives so development reflects the environment participants return to.
Plan for reinforcement
Action commitments, application assignments, manager guides, coaching tools, refreshers, facilitated follow-up, pulse surveys, debriefs, and implementation reviews can be incorporated into the agreed engagement. The purpose is to help learning become visible and repeatable in daily practice.
Delivery built around the learning
In-person delivery is preferred for leadership, communication, team effectiveness, culture, conflict, and facilitated dialogue. Multi-session engagements can combine separate in-person and virtual sessions. The audience, scope, sequence, and reinforcement are agreed around the organization’s needs.
